Hey!! I've been wanting to host a meetup for a while now and thought "hey no one's ever done a ng bbq huh.." and decided to fix that! Been toiling planning the perfect cookout for the newgrounders in the philly area and those coming from further away are always welcome too of course! I'm doing my best to make this fun and organized for everyone wanting/planning to come, COME EAT!! ENJOY SOME GOOD OLD AMERICAN BBQ AND TALK TO PEOPLE!!!

I'm planning this specifically on the outskirts of philly to not make everyone drive through the fuckawful city traffic!

Another thing, I've made a google sheets for attendees! there will be empty collumns and the one labeled [ITEM] is for anyone that can help out bring some things needed! nothing big, plates, cups etc.. just to lower my spending a bit </3

and also for people that want to bring their own things! (specific cuts of meat, veggies, drinks...).

FILLING OUT THE SHEET PLEASE PUT HOW MANY OF EACH ITEM YOU'RE BRINGING! please, i would hate to have too little of something or too much and things go to waste, thank you.

Never been to a meetup? Not a problem at all!

I can't tell you how nervous and weird i was at the first one i went to, so what, its alright! everyone was nice, i got drawings in my sketchbook from some mega talented people and got to draw in theirs!! Give it a shot and you'll see everyone is just chilled out, you WILL meet cool people that will draw some kickass things in your sketchbook and maybe give you some goodies cus newgrounders are just that generous and gorgeous <3 MEETUPS ARE FUN! TALKING TO PEOPLE IS GOOD FOR YOU AND EVERYONE LOVES YOU BRO so come out to this cookout and eat a damn burger.

TIPS FOR FIRST TIMERS + INFO

• Bring a sketchbook! i cant stress that enough, it makes for a beautiful thing to look at when it's all over and done trust me... trust me !
• BRING GOODIES TO TRADE IF YOU WANT! people may be walking around just handing out stickers, possibly a sick poster if you're lucky! don't be afraid to make your own, people love collecting stickers and will accept yours with a big grin on their face
• parking should be no problem, the park has its own lot ! no nasty old 30 dollar parking garage like in the city no sir
• THERE ARE PUBLIC RESTROOMS AVAILABLE ON THE PARKGROUNDS !
• this is an outdoor event, please plan accordingly and bring what you need ( bug spray, handheld fans, water, etc...)
